Tribological analysis, failure analysis and consulting
We offer analysis on model tribometers for sliding and rolling contacts (e.g., pin/ball-disc, two-roller, SRV) or component test rigs (e.g., sliding bearings, rolling bearings, gears, seals, clutch friction linings). These investigations can be supplemented by extensive analysis of the test parts (macro and micro geometry, material, lubricant, failure mechanism, etc.).
Do you carry out your own experiments or have returns from the field? You are welcome to send us your damaged components for failure analysis. In addition to the failure analysis, we also advise you on possible remedies.
